2022 was a year of concerted effort to ensure the integrity of the games on 888poker. It refunded an average of $42 to 6,801 players, representing a 32% increase in the number of detections compared to 2021.

The firm added that progress was driven by increased investment in detection capabilities. It also did not identify any of the cheaters publicly, leaving the community wondering if there were any big names in the game that fell foul of any ban.
